Pediatrics and Developmental Delay Conditions

Pediatric Conditions:
Cerebral Palsy: A group of disorders affecting movement and muscle tone.
Muscular Dystrophy: A group of genetic diseases causing progressive weakness and loss of muscle mass.
Spina Bifida: A birth defect where the spine and spinal cord don’t form properly.
Torticollis: A condition where the neck muscles contract, causing the head to twist to one side.
Plagiocephaly: Flattening of one part of the baby’s head.
Toe Walking: Walking on the toes rather than the full foot.
Developmental Delay Conditions:
Gross Motor Delays: Delays in large muscle movements, such as crawling, walking, and jumping.
Fine Motor Delays: Delays in small muscle movements, such as grasping and manipulating objects.
Developmental Coordination Disorder 
Sensory Processing Disorder: Difficulty in processing and responding to sensory information.

Balance and Coordination Issues: Problems with maintaining balance and coordinating movements.
